Rights and permissions
Users must own or have the required rights to music, logos, images, videos, likenesses, and other assets used in their projects.
AI provider limitations
External creative and publishing services may have separate terms, limits, costs, review policies, or availability requirements. Pinetop AI Studios cannot guarantee platform approval, reach, engagement, or virality.
Acceptable use
Users may not use the app to create or publish illegal, abusive, exploitative, infringing, or unsafe content. Additional community standards may apply inside the application.
Updates to these terms
These terms may be updated as Pinetop Creator evolves. Continued use after an update is subject to the current terms published on this page.
